Care Converge was entrusted with the task of creating a  recruitment portal solution that provided real time access to healthcare candidate information.

The Care Converge team created a solution that extracted data from multiple sources using Web Services and stored the information in a centralized data repository. The data extracted was stored in XML to facilitate the easy manipulation and display of data. The portal allowed users with specific permissions to easily search extracted candidate information, save search criteria and manage preferences.
